Job Description
GCBHS has immediate openings for Senior Case Managers to help adults with severe and persistent mental illness. The position involves providing case management services, conducting evaluations, and engaging clients to identify and express their needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Human Services field or High School diploma and a minimum of three years experience in Behavioral Health, Mental Health or a Human Services related field and two years of experience as a Mental Health Care Manager.
- Experience in social services and behavioral health
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and insurable driving record
