Job Description
Custom Liability Claims Examiner handles claims associated with GNY Custom book and other select accounts from inception to closure, focusing on early and fair disposition of cases, and coordinating with defense counsel for trial preparation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience handing premises liability claims
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of NY Labor Law
- Experience handling complex claims such as wrongful death, mold, drownings, negligent security, etc.
- Ability to direct defense counsel and think independently
- Familiarity with ImageRight and Guidewire
