The Swim Lesson Instructor is responsible for providing aquatic instruction for members and participants, ensuring safety and cleanliness of the pool area, and adhering to YMCA Aquatic Safety Standards. The position requires 15 years of age and successful completion of a swimming skills test, as well as pursuit of YMCA swim Lesson Instructor certification and other safety certifications.
