2025 - 2026 : Plainfield YMCA SACC - Site Supervisor - All School Sites

Seeking School Age Child Care (SACC) Site Supervisors who are cause-driven leaders who share our commitment to nurturing and supporting our children, promoting youth development, and fostering a sense of social responsibility.

Requirements

• Must be available Monday – Friday from 2:00 PM -6:00 PM
• Must have a High School Diploma or a Bachelor's degree in childcare, education, or a related field
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with children aged 5-12 years
• Must be capable of writing and executing daily, weekly, and/or themed lesson plans
• Must have experience working with children in a structured group setting
• Must have the ability to learn and think quickly to solve child-to-child situations
• Good communication skills and the ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments
• Adherence to YMCA values and ability to encourage peers and campers to do so
• Attends all training, seminars, and meetings as required during Weekdays, Evenings, and Weekends
• Completion of Onboarding and New Hire Training within 2 weeks to 30 days of accepting the Hiring offer
• Mandatory Paid School Age Child Care Licensing Training
