Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in the general operational maintenance and repair of the community's physical location, including communicating and coordinating repairs to building and equipment systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years of experience in maintenance
- Excellent mechanical skills
- Basic familiarity with computers
