Job Description
The Resident Experience Director is responsible for developing and delivering daily diversified programs of individual and group activities that enable residents to engage in 6 dimensions of wellness. This position is responsible for creating a fun and lively environment within the community.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experienced in activity planning, preferably with seniors
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Basic typing skills and computer knowledge to include familiarity with MS Word and other pertinent software
- Valid state driver's license and clean driving record
