Residential Director

We are looking for a Residential Director to lead a dynamic team and provide care and treatment to our students in a residential treatment setting for adolescents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and experience in a Supervisor/Management role in a residential or mental health program.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• 3-5 years in a Supervisor/Management role in a residential or mental health program required
• On call responsibilities, at times you will be required to work overtime
• Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting students is required
