In-House Lawyer

We are seeking a motivated In-House Lawyer to join our Legal team. This role focuses on contracts and corporate governance, providing legal support across various business functions and group companies (both locally and internationally).

Requirements

• Be graduate in law.
• 5+ years experience in contract law (in-house or law firm), good knowledge of commercial and corporate law.
• Strong drafting skills.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• High level of integrity, strong attention to detail, and a solution-oriented, analytical mindset.
