Plant Accounting Manager

This role is responsible for facilitating development of the plant's financial plan, adherence to it, development of forecasts, and accuracy of such, proactive identification and mitigation of potential impediments to achieving financial results, and serving as an accountability partner regarding expense management for the plant manager and their direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
• CPA or CMA designation preferred
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including at least 2 years in a manufacturing or plant environment
• Prior experience in cost accounting, budgeting, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
• Valid driver's license required
