Job Description
Perform general maintenance functions, including repairs, projects, and facility management, in a 24/7 operating environment. Work with contractors, leaders, and team members to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks.
Requirements
- Available to support repairs and maintenance of facilities operating 24/7.
- Responsible for working with outside contractors, including electricians, plumbers, drywall contractors, painters, HVAC and general construction contractors.
- Perform maintenance tasks, including basic electrical/lighting, plumbing and safety system repairs, painting and filling crevices, replacing ceiling tiles and flooring, cleaning facilities, equipment and general facility maintenance and repairs.
