Team Lead

Ensure sales associates record each sale accurately, promptly and in accordance with Company policy and monitor sales associates and model Company cash handling procedures; ensure all funds are in the safe or register and cash drawer levels are maintained at or below the maximum allowed by Company policy; Direct and perform all duties necessary to maintain a clean and attractive store inside and out, in accordance with Company policy and; coach sales associates and personally prepare food & drinks, clean, stock and maintain food prep area in compliance with health codes; Learn comply and model behavior required by all Company policies and procedures, as well as Federal, State and local laws and regulations; Maintain awareness of all product information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise and Support sales associates and answer customer questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise or services, as appropriate; Learn Company selling guidelines and coach sales associates to increase sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• At least 6 months experience in a similar customer service environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field from an accredited college or university
• Previous supervisory experience
• Previous experience in a similar retail setting
