Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (G.E.D.)
- 2 years of collection experience preferred
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly expectations
- Ability to work with a queue of 200+
- Compliance with established policies & procedures
