Entry-Level Structural Fabrication Shop Helper position available at Greenberry Industrial in Vancouver, WA. This is a full-time entry-level position that offers on-the-job training, skill development, and a structured path to advancement.

Requirements

• Support skilled fabricators and welders in day-to-day operations.
• Learn to fabricate and weld steel using industry-standard tools and practices.
• Operate and become certified on forklifts, man lifts, bridge cranes, ironworkers, and band saws.
• Safely use 5” to 9” grinders and other hand tools to prepare and finish materials.
• Follow OSHA and WISHA safety practices, contributing to a safety-first culture.
• Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and readiness for production.
