Regional Practice Administrator

Greenbrook Medical is hiring a Regional Practice Administrator to lead teams and operations across clinics, driving performance, building capability, and ensuring consistency. The role is highly hands-on, requiring leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include building and developing high-performing teams, leading and engaging culture, driving operational performance, and executing and operationalizing strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing clinics and leading clinic teams
• Proven track record of improving performance across multiple sites
• Experience developing leaders and building strong teams
• Primary care and/or managed care experience required
• Strong people leadership and coaching ability
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• High ownership and accountability
• Operational mindset with attention to detail and execution
