The IT Support Specialist will maintain the library's computer network, provide technical support, and perform various ongoing technical and operational duties. The job requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Associate degree in computer science or related field
• A+, Network+ or equivalent combination of experience and training
• Valid Ohio Driver's License
• Defensive driving training course
