Production Supervisor- 2nd Shift

Primarily responsible for the overall safety, quality and productivity of the production areas ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining cost of goods sold (COGS) to budget plans.

Requirements

• Plan and manage the daily operation of assigned department(s)
• Provide necessary training and reinforcement to workforce
• Administer Company rules, regulations & safety policies
• Provide direction and leadership to workforce
• Actively analyze department performance against metrics
• Guide workforce in compliance to Standard Work
