Job Description
Production Supervisor-Synthetics is responsible for overall safety, quality, and productivity of production areas, ensuring on-time delivery and maintaining cost of goods sold (COGS) to budget plans.

- Plan and manage daily operation of assigned department(s)
- Provide necessary training and reinforcement to workforce
- Administer Company rules, regulations & safety policies
