Requirements
- Comply with federal and state regulations
- Set up and finish trim parts
- Operate large laser cutting machines and automated inscription machine
- Load and unload ovens
- Final inspection of parts using gauges and non-contact measurement tools
- Follow all SPC procedures
- Rework parts as necessary
- Record daily activities and information on GT data collection system
- Perform miscellaneous duties in the White Chemraz area
- Pull flash, cut vents, and count parts
- Rinse and bag parts as required
- Transport work in process and finished goods within and between departments
