The Registered Nurse provides and coordinates the care of patients, families, and significant others in the ambulatory care setting. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, planning, and intervening in actual or potential health problems, including the evaluation of the patient's response to care.
Requirements
- AAS or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Current New York State Registered Professional Nursing license
- Current BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification
- Current Infection Control Certificate
- Current Child Abuse Certificate
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience in an Ambulatory, Medical Surgery, or ER setting preferred
