Growth Marketing Manager, Conversion & Experimentation

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), growth marketing, product growth, or performance UX roles
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or regulated industries preferred
• Proven track record of increasing conversion rates through experimentation and UX optimizations
