Job Description
Greenlight is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to drive efficient, high-quality customer growth for their family fintech company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid acquisition efforts across core channels and optimizing CAC/LTV.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth
- Deep hands-on ownership and expertise of key performance marketing channels; Meta Ads, programmatic media, Google Ads (Search, YouTube, PMax)
- Proven track record of driving double-digit growth and efficiency improvements in CAC reduction + LTV increases over short time horizons
