Job Description
Greenlight is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Developer Experience to join their DevEx team, responsible for developing tooling for engineers, improving productivity, and integrating AI to transform developer infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on developer tooling, platform engineering, or DevOps
- Strong systems thinker with ability to navigate platform-level architecture and individual engineer pain points
- Experience with AI and ability to apply it to real engineering problems
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical findings into business-relevant insights
