Requirements
- 2+ years of operations experience, preferably in a high-growth startup
- Track record of building and implementing operational systems from scratch
- Experience with operational tools and systems (HRIS, expense management, project management software)
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
- Excellence in process documentation and knowledge management
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
