Electrical Systems Engineer

Creates and modifies complex electrical designs while maintaining the highest quality engineering on-time and on-budget for aircraft interior electrical systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Electrical engineering with minimum of 5 years relevant experience
• Extensive technical knowledge of Boeing aircraft (or similar) for VIP and/or commercial models
• Strong working knowledge of OEM data platforms and technical documentation systems
• Thorough knowledge of power distribution, lighting, cabin management, etc.
• Ability to work and make decisions independently with limited supervision
• Ability to successfully interface with customers on projects
• Competent use of CAD and data management systems
• Ability to understand and derive multiple customer standard electrical system requirements
• Ability to work well independently and cross-functionally across multiple organizations
• Ability to coach and motivate team of engineers
• Experience leading employees/teams in productive and efficient manner
• Strong communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills
