Caregiver/Resident Assistant

Greenridge Estates, a family-owned Assisted Living Community in Lake Oswego, Oregon, is seeking dependable, friendly, and compassionate Caregivers to assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). Caregivers will provide personal care, assist with transfers, and ensure resident safety and well-being. The role involves both residential care and emergency response. Greenridge Estates focuses on creating a home-like atmosphere for residents.

Requirements

• Be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include weekend shifts.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds, aid in resident transfers, walk/stand 80% or more of shifts, and respond to all resident and emergency needs quickly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
