Construction Laborer - DOT Driver

Construction Laborer - DOT Driver position with multiple job duties essential to daily operations in the erosion control division for Greenrise Technologies, responsible for completing physical installation of silt fence, inlet protections, slope matting, and other erosion control services, as well as driving a work truck to and from the worksite. Seeking positive individuals who enjoy working outdoors in a physical job and do not mind getting their hands a little dirty.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurance requirements for past driving record
• Currently have or the ability to obtain a DOT medical card
• Ability to listen well and follow directions
• Strong problem solving and communication skills working as part of a team
• Commitment to customer service and ability to represent oneself in a professional manner
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Physically fit and able to work long days outside in the elements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic ability to read and write legibly
• High character, honesty and integrity essential
• Ability to work independently and with minimal direct supervision at times
• Ability to consistently utilize good judgement and make sound decisions
• Ability to take initiative and proactively seek continued performance improvement
