At GreenSlate, we're looking for an Implementation Specialist II to provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients. The successful candidate will have a passion for technology and a desire to learn the ins and outs of GreenSlate software platforms.
Requirements
- Complete complex/studio software project setups and modifications as required by the client
- Answer incoming support calls and emails
- Utilize Asana checklists and follow protocols for each project setup
- Transfer/escalate issues to other team members as required
- Utilize Intercom ticketing system to manage client requests
- Submit software development requests and bugs to development on behalf of users
- Training and providing ongoing support to new Implementation Specialists to assist with setups
- Assist with planning and coordinating user communications as necessary
- Assisting Technical Account Management with meeting with clients to ensure their setups are enabled correctly
- Assist Digital Project Manager with meeting with clients to maintain the company’s projects like audits and checklists
