Customer Service Representative

GreenStone Farm Credit Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service and support to customers. The role involves daily customer interactions, answering calls, and providing administrative assistance to the mortgage loan processing and loan documentation process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer service or office experience
• Banking experience preferred
