Cultivation Supervisor

The Role: The Cultivation Supervisor will oversee and support production operations in our cannabis manufacturing facility, ensuring product quality standards and inventory integrity. Responsibilities include leading cultivation employees, organizing workflow, establishing policies, and maintaining compliance with State laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in a production environment
• 2+ years in supervisory capacity
• High school diploma or GED
• BSc/BA preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
