Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician assists in the maintenance and upkeep of the facility, performing duties in a safe manner and following company work rules and policies. Responsibilities include minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs, as well as routine filter cleaning and replacement activities. Ideal candidate is well-rounded with exposure to various maintenance fields and has excellent problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• High School Education or GED
• 2+ years experience in maintenance or similar position
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and general construction/carpentry
• Valid driver's license
• Minimum of 21 years of age
