Requirements
- Deal Sourcing & Outreach: Identify mobile apps with high ROI potential where our expertise can unlock significant value.
- Screening & Due Diligence: Quickly assess an app's worth by estimating downloads, revenue mismatches, and store ratings.
- Financial Evaluation: Build simple valuation models utilizing revenue multiples and payback periods.
- Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations on price and payment structures (upfront, earn-out), handle seller objections, and seamlessly coordinate the transfer of App Store / Play Store ownership and codebase assets.
- Post-Acquisition Collaboration: Document key issues and quick wins to brief our internal Product, UA, and Monetization teams.
