Landscape Crew Leader

We are seeking a Landscape Crew Leader to lead high-impact landscape installations, working closely with a team to bring residential and commercial projects to life. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of landscape installation experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to teach others while staying hands-on.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of landscape installation experience
• Strong leadership skills
• A Class C license or willingness to obtain one
• Ability to operate heavy equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational habits
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather
