Customer Service Representative

GreenWaste is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide support to one or more facilities by providing effective customer service, managing customer service calls, and maintaining customer records.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Must be familiar and able to use current operating computer systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook
• Proficiency in English and/or Spanish
• Ability to lift at least 10 lbs. using proper lifting techniques
• Ability to sit or stand as needed
• Reaching above the shoulder or below the waist
