Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Procurement Analyst to provide data-driven insights, maintain procurement data integrity, and support decision-making across sourcing, supplier management, and spend optimization.
Requirements
- Collect, compile, and analyze procurement, supplier, and spend data from multiple internal systems, market sources, and vendor inputs.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports on procurement KPIs and metrics.
- Produce both standard and ad-hoc analyses to support sourcing decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of procurement-related master data, including vendor records, item catalogs, pricing, and category hierarchies.
- Act as a key user and data steward for procurement systems, including Coupa and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP/MRP).
