Assembly Line Lead

The Assembly Line Leader will lead the assembly team, develop and train assembly operators, and be a subject matter expert on product and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience
• Experience in lawn equipment industry is a plus
• Must be able to lead and manage others
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Strong problem-solving mentality
• Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills
