Job Description
GreerWalker is seeking a Chief People Officer to lead the firm’s people strategy, align it with business objectives, and build an effective HR function. This leader will be responsible for shaping the employee experience, developing leaders, and ensuring a modern, scalable HR department. The role will contribute to a people-first culture and client success.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Professional services organization experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement enterprise-wide people strategies
- Executive presence and influence with proven success advising C-suite leaders
- Proven ability to build and lead a high-performing HR team
- Track record leading culture initiatives, organizational change, and leadership development
- Strong knowledge of talent management, performance systems, compensation, and workforce planning
- Data-driven mindset with fluency in HR metrics and analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology/Industrial-Organizational Psychology or a related field
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or an equivalent strategic-level HR certification is strongly preferred.
