Requirements
- 5-8 years of tax preparation or reviewing experience
- Review of Federal/State income corporate/individual tax returns
- Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team and interact with professionals at all levels
- Superior client service focus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Integrity, dependability, and trustworthiness
- Ability to supervise staff and manage multiple clients
- Strong leadership and training/mentoring skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work moderate overtime
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting. Masters in accounting preferred
