Job Description
We are seeking mid-level Construction Foremen to grow their careers with our team across the Central, Southwest, and Southeast United States. The ideal candidate leads by example and maintains a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
Requirements
- Plan, coordinate, and organize personnel, equipment, tools, and materials to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project execution
- Oversee proper operation and maintenance of construction equipment
- Maintain accurate records, including job quantities, productivity, timesheets, and daily reports
- Work alongside the crew to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Lead by example to promote a positive and productive team environment
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety standards
