Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team in Columbus, MS. As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates that drive project success.

Requirements

• Prepare complete quantity take-offs, analysis, and estimates for assigned scopes of work.
• Develop detailed estimates for trades, building systems, and overall project costs.
• Obtain and evaluate subcontractor proposals, ensuring scope coverage and minimizing risk.
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to align estimates with project execution.
• Supervise and mentor Assistant Estimators, Estimating Assistants, and/or Interns as assigned.
