Doctor's Assistant - Ophthalmology!

An Ophthalmic Technician assists in providing excellent patient care to patients during their visit, performing a wide range of duties using equipment to prepare patients for an exam with an Ophthalmologist.

Requirements

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Anticipate Physician needs to facilitate the flow of the clinic
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Verify patient's information
• Record patient's medical history
• Check condition of patient's eyes
• Perform a variety of diagnostic tests
• Accurately and thoroughly document medical visits and procedures
• Prepare patients for treatments and minor procedures
• Keep examination, treatment, laser and any other assigned rooms cleaned and stocked
