Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our Healthcare Studio at Gresham Smith. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, the ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines, and excellent communication and organization skills. The role involves leading the design and delivery of small to medium-sized healthcare projects, directing consultants and technical staff, and working with project executives and managers to create and oversee production timelines.
Requirements
- 5-year Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited University program
- Licensed Architect
- Minimum of 12 years of acute and outpatient healthcare architecture experience
- Demonstrated proficiency using Revit and AutoCAD
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent knowledge of architectural building systems, accessibility guidelines, building codes, and Quality Control skills
- Ability to interact professionally and comfortably with various personalities and communication styles
- Strong presentation, time management, and organizational skills
