Requirements
- Manages the day-to-day operations of an assigned property
- Provides input into the development of budget(s) for the property
- Meets targeted revenues by setting rent rates and collecting rent and fees in a timely manner
- Approves invoices from vendors and contractors
- Controls expenditures by staying within the approved budget
- Oversees the lease enforcement process
- Gathers and analyzes current market and economic trends
- Promotes resident satisfaction and retention
- Conducts regular property inspections
- Supervises property staff
