Community Assistant - Monarch 716 (Student Living)

This role works with and supports the team of property management professionals in achieving occupancy and retention goals by performing administrative tasks related to leasing, marketing, and customer service at the community.

Requirements

• Performing administrative tasks for the leasing office
• Assisting with sales and leasing activities
• Assisting with the lease preparation process
• Assisting with move in and move out process for residents
• Answering incoming calls and setting appointments
• Performing on-campus marketing outreach
• Assisting with coordinating resident functions
• Scheduling and conducting resident visits
• Acting as an after-hours liaison between residents and property management
