Manages the day-to-day operations of an assigned property, including managing team members, daily activities, and resources to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals.
Requirements
- Provides input into the development of budget(s) for the property
- Meets targeted revenues by setting rent rates and ensuring rent and fees are collected
- Approves invoices from vendors, contractors, and service providers for payment
- Controls expenditures by staying within the constraints of the approved budget
- Oversees the lease enforcement process
- Gathers and analyzes current market and economic trends
- Promotes resident satisfaction and retention
- Conducts regular property inspections
- Supervises property staff
- Assists in managing the client/owner relationship
