Community Manager - Inglewood, CA

This role manages the day-to-day operations of an assigned property, including managing the team members, daily activities, and resources to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals, and ensures that the operation of the property complies with Company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Community Manager experience
• Prior lease-up or new-construction community management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, leasing strategy execution, budget oversight, and owner communication skills required
• Familiarity with marketing, pre-leasing, and team ramp-up through stabilization preferred
