Concierge - REN

The Concierge plays a critical role in our success by organizing, coordinating, and implementing various resident services and programs and acts as an information source for and help to residents related to local market resources.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and someone who can interact with a diverse group of people
• Professional in dress & communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Knowledge about the neighborhood to assist residents and guests
• Proficiency in using computers, internet, and basic software
