Floating Community Manager

This role manages the day-to-day operations of an assigned property, including managing team members, daily activities, and resources to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience that demonstrates the application of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service background.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
