Floating Leasing Professional - Forge West Seattle

Greystar has an immediate opening for an experienced Floating Leasing Professional to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.

Requirements

• Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions
