This position is responsible for coordinating the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
Requirements
- Greet and qualify prospects
- Conduct community tours and show apartments
- Process applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks
- Prepare the lease and move-in package
- Ensure a smooth resident move-in and lease signing
- Inspect apartments prior to resident move-in
- Stay informed about current market and competitor conditions
- Develop and implement marketing plans and goals
- Design and execute marketing activities
- Use property management software to track apartment availability and record traffic and leasing activities
- Follow-up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction
- Execute lease renewal program activities
