This position is responsible for coordinating the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
Requirements
- Greet and qualify prospects
- Conduct community tours and show apartments
- Process applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks
- Prepare lease and move-in package
- Ensure smooth resident move-in and lease signing
- Inspect apartments prior to resident move-in
- Design and execute marketing activities
- Use on-site property management software
- Follow-up with prospects and new residents
- Execute lease renewal program
- Respond to resident and client/owner concerns
